2011 Red Ribbon Week

During the week of Monday, October 24th through Friday, October 28th, students at Johnson Elementary celebrated the 2011 Red Ribbon Week. Each day students participated in events to promote a health and safety while reminding students about the importance of choosing a drug-free lifestyle.
Monday -Students received a red ribbon bracelet and pledged to live a drug free life.
Tuesday - Each grade level made a poster promoting Red Ribbon Week and each student signed it to pledge to live a drug free life.
Wednesday - Students used chalk to design a slogan, saying, or message about living a drug free life.
Thursday - Students designed a T-shirt poster promoting Red Ribbon Week and a drug free life.
Friday -Classrooms decorated their classroom doors promoting Red Ribbon Week and a drug free life.
